I'll give you some details on the character below: Her powers are not water, but 'cosmic power'. She uses a surfboard to fly around like the Silver Surfer. She looks human - no silver skin junk (never did care for the silver skin look). She's blonde and her costume is mostly sea green, with blue additions. She's around 55 active points for her powers. Her (now superpowered) board is bluegreen and white. Btw, yes, she actually does surf, being originally from Hawaii. The amusing part for playing her is that she is still new at using her powers and doesn't really know how to use them yet. I'm still looking for a name. Help, anyone? I've actually been in a game with a character whose code name was Surfer Girl. There are probably some other Beach Boys song titles that would work, as well. Is this betty a physics geek or would she get given her name by one? Is she going to go for a seashredder name or something cosmic? Something keying off of special effects?
