phoenix240
In the original write-up, it was specifically mutant powers. He was a mutant-hating bigot with dissociative identity disorder. His alternate personality manifested mutant powers and began hunting mutant "sinners". He was the aide to the Archbishop of Spain until a mutant attack killed the Archbishop and left him trapped in the rubble with the corpse overnight. The experience is what turned him against mutants and the trauma is what triggered his breakdown. Okay that fits what I recall.
phoenix240
Pretty much. This build is designed for any campaign, rather than a mutant-themed one. Is there an Advantage needed for that in 6e?

Enforcer84
According to this page: "Fredd Gorham is a comic book and games illustrator who, for the past 24 years has worked for a wide variety of companies. His work has appeared in publications from Marvel, DC Comics, Steve Jackson Games, Caliber Press, White Wolf, Hero Games, Silver Gryphon, Viceroy Cards, Breygent and Albino Dragon Games to name a few. He has worked on the licenses for Red Sonja, Vampirella, Witchblade, Cry For Dawn, John Carter, Deadworld and Star Wars." I can't find a list of specific credits. EDIT: He was also one of the illustrators for 4e Ultimate Mentalist. Some of the pictures are in his DeviantArt gallery. EDIT2: I just happened to be checking "An Eye for an Eye" for an unrelated reason and he and Storn did all of the interior art. I know he did some work on Enemies for Hire as well. Hyper-Man
Takes no stun from physical attacks? It's an all-or-nothing ability. Excerpt from 6e1 page 293: TAKES NO STUNType: Automaton Power Duration: Persistent Target: Self Only Range: Self Costs END: No Cost: 45 Character Points to take only BODY and to lose abilities each time an attack does BODY; 60 Character Points to only take BODY An Automaton with this power ignores the STUN damage from any attack: it only takes the BODY. This is the most important Automaton Power; you can use it to simulate robots, zombies, and skeletons — any mindless being that continues fighting until it’s completely destroyed. The base cost for this Power is 45 points. An Automaton which buys this Power has no Stun Characteristic. It doesn’t get any points for this, and cannot sell back its STUN. grandmastergm
One of these things doesn't belong here Yeah, it should say BODY. Silly me. Glacier is actually in the Champions 6e Villains books, in the Solo Villains book more precisely. He's pretty much the only character from European Enemies to appear in later editions, I think. I like the build for him far better there. Hyper-Man

Dr. MID-Nite
Yeah, it should say BODY. Silly me. Glacier is actually in the Champions 6e Villains books, in the Solo Villains book more precisely. He's pretty much the only character from European Enemies to appear in later editions, I think. I like the build for him far better there. Steve Long claims up and down that it ISN'T the same character from European Enemies....even though they are nearly identical. steriaca
Ya ya. Shure shure. Pierre, we got another one. Anyone get the reference? It originally came from a Buggs Bunny cartoon (where he bothers what appears to be at first the real Napoleon, till the nice men in the white coats comes to take him away, using that exact quote above). "shrugs" Interesting. There are differences in backstory and design, but yeah they're rather similar. I had a hard drive crash recently so I'm borrowing my friend's computer to finish the conversions.
