Old Man
Ryan Shazier appears to have suffered dislocated bones around his spinal cord and will require surgery. His season is over, if not his career.
Enforcer84
Johhny. And Wentz has been pretty amazing this year (and so has his fellow early draftee Jared Goff) And DeShaun Watson pre injury. The Browns QB issues are well known...and despite rooting for them, I tend to feel better for QBs who get away.
Cancer
I already know the answer, but I invite comments as to the reason Fox is airing the sack of diseased hyena droppings that is the Giants-Cowboys game in the Seattle market this morning. Makes the decision to watch the Panthers-Vikings game that much easier.
Starlord
There's no reason to insult diseased hyena droppings like that, sir.
Cygnia
And yet again the Browns pull defeat from the jaws of victory...
Old Man
Managed to catch the last overtime possession of Colts-Bills, which was highly entertaining. I suspect the celebrations at the end of the game were to celebrate the end of the game, not the win.
Pariah
So a week after losing to Jay Cutler, the Browncos came out and whipped the J-E-T-S 23-0. I don't understand it either.
Pariah
The Giants need to go back to those uniforms.
death tribble
To deal with the loss that the Minnesota Vikings suffered there will be a day of mourning.

Badger
I remember a Bears-Eagles playoff game back in the day, watching on TV as the fog came moving in 2nd quarter Also remember the Dolphins-Pat game as a wee kid, where they cleared a spot for the Pats to have a last minute FG for a 3-0 win. (sounds like a proto-Belichek move, right)
Pariah
That extra point was the craziest thing I've seen in a long time.
Pariah
...and Carson Wentz is done for the season with a torn ACL.

Logan D. Hurricanes
I feel bad for Wentz. And I say that as someone that intensely dislikes the Iggles. (Not hates; that is reserved for the Ravens.)
Cancer
Was it me, or did it seem yesterday like the Vikings were constitutionally incapable of attempting a pass play that could potentially gain more than ten yards, barring spectacular post-catch heroics by the receiver? Old Man
Only now saw the Tom Savage hit. What he displayed was a reflex that occurs after severe concussions, where the arms are extended in front of the body. I've seen it several times in boxing and MMA. It is a symptom of brain damage. Someone who exhibits that symptom should be sent to the ER, not back out onto the field. Pariah
Pariah
Last week, I hated Jay Cutler. This week, I'm ready to nominate him for sainthood.
Badger
It's Jay Cutler, never do that. Or will make you go to Chicago and call him a saint.
