    I'd expect Desolidification to allow the person to get out of bonds, unless said bonds have Affects Desolidified.
     
    Similarly, Teleportation could allow escape from bonds unless said bonds have Cannot be Escaped with Teleportation.

    Looking over the build, I was understating his power.  I toned him back a little from his full display of abilities from the cartoon and he's still really, really powerful.  Superman-level.  He started as a "peacekeeper" a sort of space cop, ended up getting the bands from an alien, and got an "Inviso-Belt" from some secret police kind of guys.  He was the best of the Peacekeepers, so he's got a lot of training and skill.  The Attacks I mostly bundled into a single really expensive 12d6 blast with variable special effects and advantages to represent the ways he's used it in the past.  His force field should probably be higher, but its pretty immense as is.  He routinely flys around in base mode of 8 PD/ED force field that the Power Bands give constantly.  Most of his attacks require him to push the 3 buttons on his wrist in various combinations, so they have gestures.  Technically people could take his belt and power bands but I don't remember it ever happening so I gave them IIF for most of the powers; its not clear the bands give him x-ray vision or flight for example.

    Congratulations! But please take care of any health issues first and foremost. I want you around and writing for a long time. (The tragic loss of Balabanto has left me feeling rather protective of Hero writers.)

    Obviously the defence against clairsentience (mechanically) is Darkness (clairsentience)....

    More development about the various supergroups of Villains contained in Champions - Villains Teams and with organizations like Deathstroke, ARGENT, etc.
     
    Including plot devices, synopsis & scenarios ideas, and what each of them intend to do, how they will do it, and what their resources are.

    I can not identify the sings on his chest unambigiously, so I will be going with the funniest interpretation I can imagine
     
    Megadril (litereally "Big Worm") aka the Earthworm King.
     
    While earthworms do not evoke feelings of dread the same way a eagle, badger, wolverine, ant or even platypus does, a humansized version should no be understimated. Frankly, he is the bane to many a martial artist:
    Earthworms are mostly muscles. Accordingly the MD has considerable superstrenght, wich he can use defensively.
    The ability to breath through his skin makes him resistant to practically any form of choking.
    The highly distributed nervous system and internal organs, mean that nerve strikes and similar attacks aming for "human like physiology" fail to find their marks.
    And the redudant circulatory system rounds up the defense against blood flow impeeding attacks.
    The hydrostatic skeleton (wich makes breaking bones impossible) and regenerative abilities round up the full set of brick abilities.
    As "minor" powers he has a tremor sense, the ability to shrink to the size of a literal earthworm, and the ability to communicate with earthworms (granted that is hardly as usefull as communicaiton with ants would be).
     
    For obvious reasons, he prefers to go by the name Megadriles, as that evokes a lot more power then "earthworm king".
    And no, he is NOT a hermaprodite. He is really tired about being asked that!

    As I understand it, Golden Age characters are alittle one-trick ponies. (Not rhat I mind). So are you going to discuss the use of Power Skill in depth? I could be wrong but even in GA, didn't the Heroes sometimes used a one off power?

    I don't think a whole book would be needed. But something like the short PDF booklets Steve Long has written in recent years for the CU, with new DB villains... I'd pay a few bucks for that.
