Another reason for taking multiple Multipowers is that if you have a Power Limitation that applies to the reserve,you have to by the same limitation on all the slots.

I think one of my first characters (if not my first character) was a flying martial artist called Sensor.(As you can guess,he also had a mutipower of Enhanced Senses-he was built under 1st Edition Champions).

If I ever build my 350 pt. version of Seeker hes going to have 3 Multipowers. the first will be for his weapons,the second for his Movement powers (I'm giving him Clinging, Accurate Leaping,Running,Swinging & Tunneling) & the third Multipower will be limited to the following slots:Armor with a+1 to Concealment & similar skills & Combat Luck (bought as a Power).

Actually,the reason that superheroes don't "Bulk Up" as you suggest is that their MASS wouldn't increase in proportion to their increased volume.The Hulk would end up like Bouncing Boy from the LSH. Besides while "other dimensions" exist according to string theory,it seems highly unlikely that they have the properties in real life that they have in comic books.

Agreed.Unfortunately the 4th edition Champions is the least powerful superteam on this thread.

The base Multipower pool WOULD be OIF, since as you have noted, each separate weapon requires a separate disarm.( If I ever build a 350 point version of Seeker ,I'll be going the OIF Multipower route).

Can your villain automatically attack anybody who makes telepathic contact with one of his minions or does he have to attack that opponent as a normal mental attack? And I don't think that Usable vs. Others is necessary-if memory serves,once a mental link is made between two or more characters,the linkees can attack anyone in the link. However,if the villain can EGO Attack using any of his minions,you'll need to purchase Transdimensional at the +1 level,as the Mind Link can reach any dimension.

Tat's certainly true.And let's not forget that armor PD adds to all active defenses in GURPs.While this may work fine for blocks or parries,it is ludicrous to apply this mechanism to Dodges.

Agreed.That duck bill doesn't really suit the costume.In my opinion,if a super's cowl isn't integrated with the rest of the costume,the character looks ridiculous. What particually annoys me is the fact that DOJ hasn't learnt from the Wonder Man debacle. For those who came in late,back in the early days of the West Coast Avengers,Simon Williams (aka Wonder Man) was running around in this awful red & green monstrosity of a costume that was loathed by a majority of the readers (including me).Fan pressure eventually forced Simon back into a less ludicrous costume. However,I still want to get rid of this pretender to the Nighthawk name.Why Steve Long thought this lame Batman ripoff was worthy of replacing Seeker is beyond me.

Yeah-"Hawkman continuity" used to mean the same thing as "military intelligence",only worse.

True enough,but a character who is more active uses up more oxygen,and so drowns faster.Reducing SPD,in this instance,just means the character uses less END per turn,and takes longer to drown.(Which is why it isn't possible to reduce your character's SPD to 1 to take even longer to die.It also means that a SPD 1 character ,if someone were silly enough to buid one,would drown as fast as a SPD 2 character).
