Re: Variable Bonus This sounds like the Analyze Skill might apply, at lower levels. Instead of buying a semirandom +1 to +4 OCV, you could buy Analyze Martial Style, or Analyze Social Circumstance, or Analyze Lucky Odds, or whatever was appropriate for your ability.

Re: Hero System 3rd Party Products Foxbat for President is actually a 5th Ed adventure. We'll update it for 6th once there's a published 6th Ed version of Foxbat himself, and the various other characters referenced in the adventure, but for now he's a 5.
