By the Power of Greyskull!... Thunder! Thunder! ThunderCats Ho! Freakout! Thing Ring do your Thing! Flame On! any sailor senshi/scout (as much as it pains me to admit..) Wonder Twins Powers Activate! Enuch Chuck! You wouldn't like me when I'm Angry... Change, change, the form of man! Free the prince forever damned! Release the might from fleshy mire! Boil the blood in heart of fire! Gone, gone, the form of man! Arise the Demon --- Etrigan! In brightest day, in blackest night, no evil shall escape my sight, let those who worship evil's might, beware my power, Green Lantern's light! (I know, this isn't exactly a transformation but it's still cool!) Abrakadabra, Hocus-Pocus, Open-Sesami Abraka-Sesami, Hocus-kadabra BTW this is actually for a speedster/brick named Hyper-Man that I am still working on. And yes, he is a lot like Freakazoid meets Dragon Ball Z. Everyone who can name all the referrences will qualify for a drawing to win a 'Vote Mightybec 04" campaign thread mention! IIRC Alan Moore's Miracleman used the word "Cotima" (anagram of "atomic") to assume his superhuman form. Captain Atlas from Golden Age Champions transformed by shouting "Lollapalooza!" Dragon Slave! (Not actually a transformation, but also cool.) EDIT: It should be "I pledge myself", but "I plague myself" sounds appropriate. IIRC Alan Moore's Miracleman used the word "Cotima" (anagram of "atomic") to assume his superhuman form. It was "Kimota" - "atomic" spelt backwards, kind of. Back in the 50s, there was the Australian Captain Atom, who preceded his US namesake by ten years or so. His transformation word was "Exenor!" He's also a serious contender for "Character with the Worst Normal Identity Name" - Bikini Atoll. No, really. In his secret identity he was named "Bikini". The whole "combat filibuster" sounds like a Power that Hyper-Man might actually have -- something like a massive Mind Control (single command: stand around and listen) with Area Of Effect, Incantations, and a few other Modifiers.
