Guy's got more "dogs" than a kennel, and more "hooks" than a tackle box. Texas A&M isn't a bad school, but these are not even "middle of the pack" grades. I'd note the guy talking about treating Bernanke "pretty ugly" got a D in Economics. From what I understand, that works out to a 1.9 GPA, which makes him just slightly a "sub-C student".
