(Read it online here.) Originally published in Playboy in 1958, it was eventually turned into an episode for the 1985 revival of The Twilight Zone. No doubt, it is cold, really really cold, but I think people over estimate its effects. It takes awhile for it to overcome the temp difference between it an what ever else it is touching and thus freeze it. All the while it is rapidly warming and dissipating. La Rose. The time requirements for even liquid nitrogen to freeze US cash seem long given how cold it actually is.
