Zen Archer
Re: Foods for those that just don't care anymore That was Cincinnati chili Zen. Nah. I was raised on Skyline and Gold Star, so I know from Cincinnati chili. I was motivated to search for the name of the place. It was Myra's Dionysus near Clifton. Hope it's still around. Dr. Confoundo
Re: Foods for those that just don't care anymore My favorite Mole was from Taqueria El Balazo on Haight St in San Francisco. I spent many meals there during college, and every time I'm in the Bay Area, I try to stop in. EDIT: Looked them up on Google, and it looks like they are now closed for good. I have a very sad tummy. teh bunneh
Re: Foods for those that just don't care anymore There's a place near here that does a chicken mole that is simply amazing. I've never had better. If you're ever in the area, I'll take you there. The place is called El Burrito. It's been run by the same family for some 50 years now. The only thing better would be if it was on a mobius strip crust.

death tribble
Re: Foods for those that just don't care anymore Slate: Cinnamon Rolls I have eaten Cinnibons in the States. And yes I succumbed to temptation and ate there. I've always found Cinnabons far too messy to be eaten in public, and by the time you can get them home they're ice cold and don't reheat very well. tkdguy
Re: Foods for those that just don't care anymore I just ate an entire small pizza. The toppings were mushroom, garlic (these two are a must in my pizza), Canadian bacon, and jalapenos. I worked up a good sweat just eating. Logan D. Hurricanes
Re: Foods for those that just don't care anymore Saw this place tonight on "Unique Eats." Kuma's Corner in Chicago. The have a huge variety of gourmet burgers ... named after heavy metal bands Slayer Pile of fries topped with a 10 oz. Burger, Chili, Cherry Peppers, Andouille, Onions, Jack Cheese, and Anger - $15 Spotlighted was a burger whose mix of flavors I never would have conceived of without drug use. Lair of the Minotaur Caramelized Onions, Pancetta, Brie, Bourbon Soaked Pears - $13 I'd love to give it a shot, though.
