Enforcer84
Re: A Thread for Random Musings By the way, I know they won the game and all and I've really stopped watching sports intently anymore but did anyone see the Steelers Player celebrate the tackle of the return man on the opening kickoff? Do they celebrate every play now? I'm not even talking a fist pump or high five, this guy looked like he was trying to be Conan the Barbarian out there. Meh. I am a crumudgeon these days. Cancer
Rarely Seen Error Messages Easter egging for board geeks.... No Thread specified. If you followed a valid link' date=' please notify the administrator[/quote'] Cool! This must be what happens when you click on a thread title while the boards are in the process of deleting the thread. Not quite as cool as "Data Potato Doo-*** Doo-***", but still interesting. And it blanks out the 2nd syllable of the ancient pop music phrase? Yeesh.

Dr. Anomaly
Re: A Thread for Random Musings Note to self: Do not put on a pot of tea to brew and walk off, intending to come back in 20 minutes, but forget to return for 14 hours. The result would only be considered drinkable by a Lovecraftian nasty.

Vanguard00
Re: A Thread for Random Musings Got a place in town called "The Squeeze Inn". It's a burger joint about the size of my bedroom (and not the master bedroom). Seriously, about 8 people fit at the bar, two can stand by the register, everyone else is already out the door. They set up picnic tables in back but I doubt they could seat more than 30 people at a time without everyone knowing each other real well. Best friggin' cheeseburger I've had in a long long time. So much cheese half of it is grilled so that the diameter of the burger is about twice that of the bun-and-burger itself. That is a tasty burger...mm mm mm.
