This is something that will alienate the newcomer

STR and HKA (Phys) share an overarching special affect "Physical" this contains the everyday experience that if you apply STR to a sharp object it will do more damage. taking that away may be more 'balanced' but costs verisimilitude

in Gandalf's case, he 's a competent swordsman and also much more powerful than the people around him. If anyone decides to target him, they generally end up sorry.

I think most (if not all)the Marvel movies since Endgame were good (the exception was Love & Thunder, mainly due to the directors foibles) i do think Marvel TV series are a lot more hit-and-miss
