Re: VPPs and Aid, a problem? OK , I must be the only one not thinking about this correctly: The cap is 12d6 (for for 3 heroes, damage output is going to be 36d6). The two mages are sacrificing their damage to make a team mate do 24d6 of damage. That doesn't. seem like to much of a balance issue. An opponent with power defense as an attack is a novel idea... As is a villian with the ability to parry one of the heros touch aid powers to himself

Re: Bronze Archer, Agent of PRIMUS True, but being a Hero, and a leader type on top of that that attack should be used on objects, not individuals (DR. D is another story) I am not sure how tight you are with the rules, IMO All the enhanced senses( funky vision powers, targeting comp) can be grouped in the a sensor suite in his helm. Since they are closely related maybe able to save a few points with a sensor suite EC. I'm just sayin...

I will be starting up a golden age champions game in the near future. I know one of my players will want to play a golden age batman type. So what is the best way to write up impressive soliloquiy/presence attacks in a pool?

Re: if you don't want your xp, I'll take it. When I get to run a game Xp goes something like this: Base of 1 (if you did something very much not in character, this might be suspended) Possibly a bonus point if a skill or action that was successful became a turning point of the game (created a ureaka moment, etc.) and 1 point to add to a failed skill only. The reasoning is this, if you do something right , you dont put much further thought into it...it you jack it up...you will more probably research an error

Re: Homage to Thor I don't think Mjolnir would fall under the OAF limitation, as only a handful of people are supposed to be able to lift it. (I am unsure what the comics say about this). Logically, to remove the focus from him you would have to lift it, right?
