Dude, you could knock out a PDF with greater details on Chaos Blades and/or some of the other magic systems and I would throw money at the screen!

If I ever get the chance, I definitely want to expand a bit on Chaos Blades -- how the setting and its magic works and whatnot. Not a full book or anything like that, more like an article. Or a chapter in a larger book.

I would build it as a Compound Spell with the Heal effect and maybe a KB Only effect linked. Maybe something like:
 
Healing Rebuke (Incantations, Gestures (Both hands), Requires Divine roll (11-)
• Heal 3d6; AOE 4m Radius (Selective)
• 4d6 Blast; AOE 4m Radius (Selective), Double KB, Only vs. Undead or Unholy Creatures

You would substitute the computer's INT for EGO.  This is actually detailed in the 5th edition supplement The Ultimate Mentalist, page 89.

If they're also Desolidified you can affect them.  However, you'd need to either buy Affects Physical World on the Desolidification to make a solid person desolid while you're using it, or deactivate your Desolidification before reactivating it to affect yourself and the target simultaneously.

Chris Goodwin posted what I was thinking, its damage negation / damage reduction with an activation roll.  If you really want it to be based on the player's roll, then you can add that as a side effect: does not work if attacker makes DEX roll, -1 DC of DN per x points DEX roll made by.
 
I have to add though; I cannot puzzle out exactly what the DEX roll is meant to simulate.  Is this supposed to be some Gun Fu move where you do Kung Fu as you shoot?  How does being particularly agile result in a reduction of the UFO's protection?

I think Psimon's "Psi-Giant" form was sort-of intended to fill that role, but as written falls short. If I were to use him, I'd change his "Psi-Giant Psychokinetic Enhancement" from +20 TK to +40 STR (or more). Or perhaps create another member of PSI with that Special Effect, so as to be a true brick. (Mind Titan 2.0?)

I remember reading an issue of Dragon Magazine where the editors printed some of the stranger letters they received (Dragon often did that in their April Fools issue). One writer claimed Santa's "elves" were actually dwarves. The writer apparently sent some diagrams and pictures as proof.

For everyday spent in Tír na nÓg, a week passes on Earth.  Time lost on the dimension of the elves catches up with the traveler.  Non-natives who spend time in Tír na nÓg and then return to Earth instantly “catch up.”  A visitor who stays a long time in the dimension of the elves may die if “catching up” with Material Plane time takes them beyond their normal lifespan.
 
My elves come in only two types, those elves that don't have feathery wings and those that have feathery wings.

Below would be the start of how I would have the male version of the character looking like.
Physical Description: An extremely tall male enters into view.  His powerfully muscled and built body has copper skin.  Sweeping from his back is a pair of huge monstrous leathery wings.  The joints of the wings are laced with razor-like claws.  Growing from his head is a pair of powerful upward curving horns.  He wears his silver hair that reaches down to his elbows in a ponytail.  Two gold earring are worn in both of his pointed ears.  Both of his eyes are brilliant orbs of purple.  Protruding from the end of his spine is a three feet long tapering tail that ends in a curved stinger.  Tipping both of his hand’s five fingers and thumb is a sharp iron-grey claw.  Both of his feet have six toes.

Don't forget, you can use her VVP to pump up her physical stats using the shape shifting special effect. So she could get away with having a low strength. Or average superhuman strength. 

I expect players to make lots of shark gags, hard and easy gags.
Have the human form as Middle Eastern and this form as the polar bear is fine. It will throw the players off. They will expect Inuit or Canadian types to be the main suspects.
 
I would say more languages as nothing in English or American folklore comes close to this.
Can't think of anything else at the moment.
