So far, I've seen Teleport, Tunneling and Desolid suggested as approaches.  For a lesser version of this ability, I'd suggest the Environmental movement perk/skill, eliminating movement and combat penalties for fighting and moving through thick brush and undergrowth.
Another way to do this is a boost to STR to enable "casual STR" movement through barriers and entangles weaker than the results of your casual STR damage roll.  That's probably something like a -1 1/2 limitation on the extra STR, and with some additional spell limitations, maybe you get 4 STR per point of spell.  +80 STR would get you through almost any woodland barrier, even using your casual STR score against the barrier or entangle.  You don't run into the restrictions or quirks of TP, Tunneling or Desol this way.

"Uh, I guess?  I mean, it would be incalculably destructive, though..."

    Hypothetical:
NeoMephisto, a resident of another dimension that we shall hereafter refer to as "Inferno", enters into a written contract with a certain Enrico "Little Caesar" Banducci, citizen of Victory City, USA, wherein party A(NeoMephisto) provides certain goods and services to party B(Banducci) in exchange for 1)regular cash payments, 2) use of discreet "office facilities", and 3) occasional human services barter. In the event of the expiration of said contract term(after a period of 20 years or Party B's untimely demise) or a material breach, party B is required to pay, in consideration/damages, their "immortal soul".

In the event of such a breach, what court venue is proper for subsequent suit? Is said "immortal soul" actual or nominal consideration? If NeoMephisto breaches and Banducci sues, what manner of service is necessary in order to meet the requirements of due process? If Banducci breaches and NeoMephisto sues, can the latter serve process via winged demon messenger or is a regular human process server required? What if NeoMephisto withholds essential goods and services in order to obtain better terms--is this simply hard bargaining or improper duress?

I always thought extra BODy for a human didn't always reflect being more physically robust, it could also be a reflection of "too stubborn to die" or "strong will to live".

Small blades and bludgeons of various sorts will continue to have value in close quarters combat.  vibro blades, lightsabers, monofilament blades and what not are basically just ways to up the effectiveness.  Obviously some settings emphasize melee combat more than others.

I'm not sure -- perhaps Dan S. or someone else removed it (or changed its "pinned" status) during a clean-up session. I'm still working hard on MH, trying to get at least a little work done on it every day, and more than a little whenever possible.

A couple videos I find entertaining.  The first is a variation on the VDV meme:

The second is the Ukrainian Army anthem, with English translation.  As these things go, it's kinda badass imo.

3 gigajoules to completely disintegrate a 100kg human, breaking down all atomic bonds.  That equates to roughly 26DC, about 8.5d6 KA, average is 30 BODY damage--3x the base Body stat.  That suggests the equivalent of the old Car Wars "confetti rule" for Hero System--if you do 3x the target's body in one hit, not only are they killed instantly, there's not really any "body" left--just smoking boots(if disintegrated), a fine pink mist (if struck with massive blunt force), or various cuts of long pig(if attacked with a slashing or impaling weapon).
