At first everybody though the poor guy had been reduced to subatomic particles-in reality he had become linked to the quantum field,reemerging twenty years later as the Protector Of The Pacific,the quantum-powered Southern Cross!!!

Re: Your Dream Projects For Hero Books Actually,I have several dream books I'd like to read: Cyborg 009 Hero:This is a classic 60's manga,about a team of nine superpowered cyborgs (& their human mentor,Dr.Gilmore) fighting the evil Balck Ghost organization.It also inspired several movies and at least one anime series (made in 2001). Ranma 1/2 Hero:If any manga series deserved to have a Hero Games sourcebook,this would be it. Sailor Moon Hero:Considering what happened to Guardians of Order,perhaps the time for this book has come.

It doesn't work that way.If your character has 30STR,then he could add +6DC to his HKA,Assuming a 5 shot autofire,the character would do 3d6+1 Kiliing Damage with his autofire HKA.To do 4D6 Killing Damage with his Autofire HKA would require the character to have purchased the Autofire Advantage for his STR.

Actually,there's an option in the Focus rules which allows a power to require two foci or it operates at half strength,but the value of the Focus limitation is reduced by 1/4. Sample Bows & Arrows:1d6+1HKA,Range based on Strength(+1/4),Reduced Endurance(0END)(+1/2)(35Active Points)(OAF-Bows &Arrows(2foci)(-3/4)(20 Real Points).

To keep a long story short,Quasar (the official protector of The Marvel Universe before Quesada & Co. sent it into the toilet) was accidentally sent into the New Universe.As his quantum bands were limited to the energy they had stored (due to the new Universes different physical laws) he had to ask D.P.7 for help.He eventually got one of the wielders of the Starbrand to transfer it to him in order to return to the Marvel Universe.
