AliceTheOwl
Re: "Neat" Pictures Well, yes. We nocturnal creatures are . . . Well, we're not-grumpy at the same time as one another, which is a start.
etherio
Re: "Neat" Pictures I saw this in a training at work. (I work academically with handicapped and socially challenged kids.) It has this cool front like a costume/party shop that also sells novelties like "super-power pill" candies and such, but the store is actually a non-profit-owned enterprise that funds a charitable program. In the back, behind a "secret" entrance, there's a writing workshop for underprivileged kids. Very fun project.

nexus
Re: Hawt! Apparently' date=' they're mammals. Who knew? [/quote'] Well, they're aliens. Who says they have to fit neatly into Earth categories? They have mandible/jaw like an arachnid too and who knows what those hair/head tail/dreadlocks are. I mean even some terrestrial animals don't fit neatly into the slots (the platypus, for example). I'm not saying it's not very anthropomorphized just that it's not innately impossible. Besides, giving something boobs is the quickest and clearest to indicate it's female to humans and boobs are generally nice.
Bloodstone
Re: Hawt! I'm not saying it's not very anthropomorphized just that it's not innately impossible. Darkhorse comics made them larger than the males and gave them boobies. Novels made the two genders virtually identical.
Cancer
Re: "Neat" Pictures "Traffic Tree Light" by Pierre Vivant OK, that explains where all the lights went on all the intersections that should have them but don't. nexus
Re: Hawt! Novels made the two genders virtually identical. The novel I read had the females as much larger and stronger than the males, to the point one casually cold cocked two arguing males that were standing in her way without breaking stride. There's no reason to believe that the ones in the movies aren't female already, and that the males aren't tiny, near-parasitic, worm-like things that attach themselves to the females' bodies. EDIT: Although if there's canonical information from somewhere besides the movies, I guess there is.
