First of all,the Celerity multipower,as bought,has to have a minimum reserve of 16 Active Points,the same Active Points as the Teleportation ultra slot. Secondly,the EC is technically illegal under 5th Edition rules as only one power (the combat levels) costs END. And now to the third flaw I spotted -the fact that,in order to purchase +1/2 Variable Advantage as a a +3/4 Advantage,the character is limited to a set number of mimickiable Advantages (usually four or less).However,you have not listed the set of advantages required.

Interestingly enough,I thought of buying the Armor & Force Field as separate slots in a Multipower,but this is one of those constructs which are actually MORE expensive as Multipowers than if bought as separate powers. And incidentally,to get the full -1/2 discount,the Active Points of Flight have to be equal or greater than the Active points of the Force Field.In the previous example, the character would have to have 60 Active points of Flight at a bare minimum.

Re: How do people feel about multi-power attacks? So you can MPA two ranged attack Powers but you can't combine a melee & ranged attack in a MPA? So a super-clone PC couldn't use Heat Vision & his STR on the same target? Doesn't match the comics.......

Oh,Eosin,if a question mark immediately follows the word 'write-up" in a post or e-mail,that usually implies that the sender wants a write-up of the aforementioned character,not that the sender has actually written up said character. And yes,Arkelos deserves a proper write-up.

Re: EC balance fix Actually Vorsch,that rule I just made up was for ALL Power Frameworks,not just EC's.By definition Multipowers & VPPs cannot have Powers with this Limitation,after all.

Re: Retractable Nanotech Force Armor - Part 2 So do I.Also,if the Armor is Visible (as it seems to be from the description) it would be better bought as a Force Field.(Remember,5e allows you to buy Special Defences as part of Force Fields).
