Pariah
Roll the Bones - Rush (the whole album) Say what you will about 2112 or Moving Pictures, but Roll the Bones was the album that got me hooked on Rush. Nolgroth
Roll the Bones - Rush (the whole album) Say what you will about 2112 or Moving Pictures, but Roll the Bones was the album that got me hooked on Rush. My favorite Rush song and one of my top 10 of all time songs resides on Roll the Bones. Ternaugh

DasBroot
Mike Oldfield - 5 Miles Out I have introduced my wife to a lot of progressive, new wave, and true alternative rock over the years but when it comes to Mike Oldfield... like much of the world if it's not Moonlight Shadow or Man in the Rain she just doesn't get the appeal. Which is fine. Even for me the first listen through much of his stuff was often 'What did I just listen to?' ... but two or three listens in it usually flipped to '... I still don't know, but I like it!' Cancer
Cancer
Summer Lightning from Camel. The solo starting at 3:08 is among their brightest pieces of work. Another nugget of brilliant prog rock. This is from their Breathless album, probably my favorite of theirs, though others seem to be better known. Currently listening to the album that built the Virgin Records label, Tubular Bells by Mike Oldfield (5.1 mix). tkdguy
More medieval music, along with watching some jousting videos on YouTube. I'm on a Middle Ages kick right now.
L. Marcus
Hey tkd, I think it was you who posted a nyckelharpa clip a while ago, either here or in the Random Videos thread, but I can't find it again. Does that ring any bells?
tkdguy
I'll look. I think it was a nyckelharpa/oud duet. Here's some more nyckelharpa music Edit: The video you were looking for is on page 660. I posted it in February of this year. I remembered you praising the nyckelharpa. L.
