This crash IMO illustrates how the psychological makeup of individuals on a team can be very detrimental to that team. I wish the other crew members had had enough time to eject -- the copilot *almost* did. But close didn't count here, unfortunately. Lesson (IMO): If you are part of a team where one person has the ability by action (or inaction) to cause grievous harm to the team, watch that person's behavior like a hawk.
