I'm not averse to the idea per se, but I don't like the actual proposal, which is to keep the time zone in PDT. I'd rather stick with PST. (I am one of the luck ones that needs about 3 months to readjust my sleep cycle, meaning twice a year, for three months, sleep is not restful. Wonder why my blood pressure is so startling.
