He appeared in serious films like the Yangtse Incident as well as comedy like Carry on Jack (which is one of the best of the Carry On films). He is in the David Niven version of Casino Royale. He acted alongside Peter Cushing and Christopher Lee in She as well as appearing in the second Dr Who film with Peter Cushing. I have the Railway Children where he plays the Station master. He appeared with Peter Sellers twice as criminals. He narrated the Wombles in the 70s. He is in the Hotel Inspector episode of Fawlty Towers when Basil (John Cleese) mistakes him for a hotel inspector. Back when I used to work at a local library sorting packages, we'd occasionally get mail for one of the libraries in Las Vegas, NM, and I'd usually underline the state before sending it back to the post office.
