Or your playing the villain, the hero comes up with a great one liner; but you lack an equally snappy comeback? So if your going to be toasted by Dr. Destroyer anyways... or Gravitar has you pinned down (literally)... or Viper shows up with 100 more men... or you just need a general one liner...
