Then there is Melodramia. The realm of Melodrama is much like Earth in the Victorian era, but the world seems more... melodramatic. It is a daily fact that young women (usually from 16-24) are routinely abducted, tied up, and placed in danger, only to be saved in the nick of time by there boyfriends. This is considered a right of passage for young women in this world.

A side effect of this place is, the longer the visitors stay here, the more they start acting like stereotypical heroes, damsels, and villains of a Victorian melodrama play.

There is the world of Animu. A world where deeds of ki manipulation and martial arts are as common as guns are here. And much of the Earth one can see a much more Asian influence in the world.

Rumor has it that a secret enclave exists in Animu which are developing giant mecha in order to take over the world. And while their first creations were ripped apart much like they were made of paper, it looks like they are working on it.

I have one dimension, the Wonderverse(c),  which I jokingly call the Copyright Dimension, which contains characters who are basically analogues of famous comic book characters.  So there's a "Gotham City", a "Metropolis" and a Marvel-style NYC.  In the prime universe there's a Wonder Comics company, and the Wonderverse is basically Wonder Comics made real.

Zombieworld. A world where the dead don't actually stay still. Can have multiple flavors. The one, where zombies are walking dead corpses who eat the living. The second, they are just as intelligent and emotional as humans, typically don't eat humans (they like squid and chicken more than man meat), and some are even idols (think Zombie Land Saga, but the zombies are out in the open).

Well, Cybermind found out (is it Cybermind or some other tech villain?) when he took over his armor with his mental powers. The only thing he got out of was a trip to comaland.

Let me think...Ladybug has a one slot VVP with No Concess Control at the -1 level which is the item needed to solve the problem. Cat Noir has a NND RKA which can only be used to break down objects.

I haven't seen a decent writeup of our lucky franco-aisan.

VIPER's goals are simple. Get extremely rich for the Supreme Serpent and Council of Thirty, semi-extremely rich on the Nest Leader level, and maybe control the world to there benefit. The armed agent arm are merely soldiers who believe that VIPER is the best choice for them.

The alien duo of Orange Spaz and Blue Dork are two self-proclaimed protectors of the planet Earth. Unfortunately, they don't know much about our planet and barely know our language. Their powers are standard super strength, durability, and flying.

Unless we are dealing with Transfer or mental powers, there is not much differences between 6th edition and 5th edition. Different cost, but beyond that.

I agree that "Gilt Complex" is dirty pool. There are much better ways to real in the murder happy than a group of extreme glass cannon villains.

Public opinion via various media. Villains using more than standard force against the murder happy. Police withdrawing resources from the heroes. Various other stuff.

While the murder happy "hero" may not care that UNTIL won't share information with them, but the others might mind.

Finally, before you even start with all of this, SET THE PLAYERS ASIDE AND TALK TO THEM ABOUT THE PROBLEM. Role-playing penalties should be the last resort. The players must understand your view, and how your going to make things harder on them if they don't stop there don't care attitude on using there powers at full power.

For example, the mage's healing spell might suddenly fail at key times, as the cosmic entity associated with it might think the mage is overusing that spell, causing all sorts of nasty things if it is continued to be used willy nilly. (One person healed might start to grow green tentacles and speak Cthulitc cause an edomite monster slipped through because of a dimensional break caused by the healing spell).

How did Clark Kent evade the draft, or enlisted? Well, he read an eye chart correctly...it just was in the next room and he accidentally activated his x-ray vision. Hey, even Superman was a new hero at one point, still learning about controlling his powers.

As for Bruce Wayne, the point never came up, but as a millionaire who owns various businesses with government contracts, one can easily see him as 'essential to homeland defense'.

And Diana Prince, she worked as a WAC secretary. So, even she is a 'foreign-born individual' from an island from the myths of one of the enemies of the states, she was allowed to serve (both as Wonder Woman and as Diana Prince...having someone else identity can be helpful at times).

Just because he killed her don't mean she is out of action. She might not reach litchood, but she could always become a 'solid' ghost or other odd undead.

And there might be a chance that she wanted to be sacrificed, and Krin (however it is spelled) rewarded her with the ability to come back to the world of the living as...anything he wants her to be.

I would also not include such details like Foxbat or VIPER, and instead note a more generic Comic Relief Villain or Paramilitary Criminal Origination. That way, the tables can be just as useful to thoes playing within the Champions Universe and use for thoes playing outside the Champions Universe.

As the heroes fight, someone climbs up the ladder from the building roof to the tower roof.

GM:  This is what my daughter was apologizing for suggesting to me.  He looks like a bad Elvis impersonator, complete with the white sequined jumpsuit.  And fangs.
    Maker:  Vampire Elvis?!
Vampire Elvis:  Fang you.  Fang you very much.  (turns to Circe)
Well, curse-a my soul, what's a-wrong with me,
I'm itching like a bat on a fuzzy tree.
My friends say I'm acting wild as a wolf.
I'm in love, huh, I vant your blood...
Maker:  Someone take him down.  Now!  (OOC)  Your daughter should apologize.  She should know better than to give you ideas like that.

The duchess' white mage (invisible to sight and hearing groups and radar) tries to dispel the extra magical defenses Malarky gave his teammates, but falls just shy.  Malarky (not knowing the details of the mage's veil spell) switches his magic pool to give him Active Sonar.  While he still doesn't locate the white mage, he does notice something large hovering about 30m over the tower.  It's a cloaked VIPER Cockatrice flying personnel carrier.

Shadow Boxer:  That's how the duchess and her friends got so close!  Crap!  Someone needs to take that thing out before it opens fire, or I'm toast!
GM:  Why?  The Cockatrice doesn't have any weapons.
Shadow Boxer:  Oh, I thought it was that thing with the 5d6 RKA laser.
GM:  Nope.  The flying APC is totally unarmed.  (pause)  Though the five Air-Cav agents flying out of it are carrying laser rifles...

Despite the big-bad Duchess, the nasty Banshee, and the invisible White Mage all being nastier threats, three of the seven heroes (Maker, Circe, and Nexus) concentrate their attacks on Vampire Elvis.  Each attack provokes a new song from him.

Vampire Elvis:  You ain't nothing but a blood hound, dyin' all the time.
You ain't nothing but a blood hound, dyin' all the time.
Well, you ain't never been bitten
And you ain't no friend of mine.

Since the duchess bit me,  I've found a new place to dwell,
Down at the end of Lifeless Street at Undead Hotel, oh baby.
You make me so hungry, baby.  I feel so hungry.
No matter how hungry, I can't die.

Well it's one for the money,  two for the show, three to get ready, now go bat go,
But don't you step on my blood red shoes.  You can do anything but lay off my blood red shoes!
You can stake my heart, stick a cross in my face, spray holy water all over the place.
Do anything that you wanna do, but uh, huh, honey lay off of them shoes...

    Maker:  Aaargh!  Make him stop!

The heroes finally put Vampire Elvis down.

Vampire Elvis:  Elvis has... left the building...  (thud)

"Glit Complex" for thoes five people who do not know, was a villain team designed and presented by Dennis Maloney in one of the earliest issues of the Adventures Club magazine. The group all used names starting with "Gold" (Goldbrick, Goldrush, and Goldmind), and were notoreous for having extremely low defenses and taking body damage from even the most harmless mental powers. They were designed to "teach a lesson" to players who toss about large dice without a second glance.
