He did a lot of work on British television such as Butterflies, The Fall and Rise of Reginald Perrin and As Time Goes By. The most the American audience might know him for was the Bond Film Tomorrow Never Dies.

I've seen all the shows you've mentioned. I recently watched a few episodes of As Time Goes By, and I rediscovered the snarky humor Geoffrey Palmer delivered in that show.

The Vuelta was won by Primoz Roglic. He also won the Sprint category. Richard Carapaz was second and Hugh Carthy was third.

Roglic becomes one of the very few cyclists to win back to back Grand Tours like Chris Froome, Miguel Indurain, Fausto Coppi, Alfredo Binda, Jacques Anquetil, Gino Barteli, Bernard Hinaullt, Eddy Merckx and Roberto Heras. He becomes the first cyclist since Heras to win consecutive Vueltas.

After narrowly losing the Tour de France, Roglic narrowly wins the Vuellta by 24 seconds.

Enric Mas wins Best Young Rider, Movistar win Best Team and Guillaume Martin wins the King of the Mountains.

https://www.studyfinds.org/nuts-improve-sperm-quality/

Men who have nuts significantly increase sperm quality which has a profound impact on whether they can father children.

This Spanish study says eating tree nuts like almonds, hazelnuts, and walnuts dramatically improved count, viability, motility, and morphology.

Unfortunately, no specific word on cashews.
