No gaming materials there, obviously, but lots of good stuff in other fields. Stuff isn't dirt cheap, but some of the discounts are large. Runs through next February. Back when Skaramine got banned it was for private messages sent to and fro between him and Simon. How bad could it be ? Well I found out. Skarmine decided to pop up on Mutants and Masterminds. Shortly thereafter so did Worldmaker. I dropped the latter a line to say hi and also warned him that Skarmine was around becasue the two of them often got into really heavy arguments here. Skaramine saw Worldmaker on the site and had words and then found out I had warned him that he was around. I then got subjected to a volley of abuse by Private Message being accused of betrayal. So I apologised but pointed out that all I wanted to do was avoid a repeat of what had happened here. That was not good enough according to Skaramine. I tried to be concilatory and apologised again. I made sure nothing I said was sarcastic, patroning or rude. It eventually dropped off. That was two months ago. Yesterday I got another volley of abuse as he said he was leaving the site, the only bit I can repeat being that I was a 'Godless Foreigner'. Now I have not said anything to the moderators there or to anyone else in the meantime so what kicked him off I don't know. I asked and tried being polite again but he did not want to know. Well if that is his attitude, good riddance. I did not set out to get the community against him or to set him against them. He however has different ideas. If it has to be his way or the highway, say hello to the highway. So like I said, seems like I owe Simon an apology. Simon, I am sorry I doubted you.
