how do we convert real movement to hero movement in 6E, with getting rid of inches, the 5E formula from TUV doesnt work eventually I will convert all my current work to 6E standards... but its going to take forever and some things I wont convert, mostly the Traveller Hero material

Has anyone converted the game Assault of the Clone Master? Or the Gurps updated version, Pawns of the Clone Master? I'm thinking of using it as a one-shot this summer, and am wondering how to distinguish the Iron Fist technique from the lightning Kick, when in the original, they were mechanically the same.

Hello, I'm going to run an LLH game at a convention in three days' time, a game that is using the character Supergran the Atomic Aztec. I may even put him into my Champions game one day. I just noticed that while Supergran has the "Supercar" for 29 points as his trademark vehicle (on page 101, bottom left!), there is no full stat block for the supercar elsewhere in the book. That's a little strange. According to the descriptions, it should probably have been in the Lucha Libre Gadgets section on page 47-48. Unfortunately, it's not. I had a concept, now I'm brainstorming for how to implement it. the players create characters--well, more or less, souls. The game will feature these souls incarnated in variosu bodies and periods throughout time and space. They lead their normal life, until the soul 'awakens'--some point usually triggers the memory of their past lives--not in every detail or nuance, but enough. These awakenings usually center around them meeting for the first time as a group, or the dawning of some crucial event. So one set of linked adventures would be their life in a fantasy game. Well. Maybe you may have heard of the shenanigans over in Champions Online. Maybe you haven't. In a nutshell - they released the game in what most people consider to have been a "non-complete" status, to use the polite term. And have essentially done squat with it except do half-assed bug fixes since then. People (including me) have been holding out hope that there would be more actual content released. I just thought that I would point out that Cryptic started a referral program for Champions Online. To that end, if anyone wants to give the game a try beyond the tutorial, feel free to post here. The tutorial doesn't give a very good idea of what the game proper is like, especially given that it lacks travel powers. Here's a thread to ask questions about silly abilities to build with the HERO System rules. Here's how the game goes: One person presents a silly ability, and a point budget (Base + Disads). A reply from someone else must then create the build and then present it, followed by an offbeat ability of their own that they want to see built under the HERO System Rules. I've been having character control issues when I try to play while talking with other players. My understanding fo the controls is very poor as it is, but if I'm simultaneously trying to use them to talk with friends or teammates I end up with my character running all over the place thoroughly out of control, with me unable to stop or even slow him down. I'm told it's a bit easier if you have an Xbox 360 wired controller, but I don't have the $40 for one right now. I do have a Logitech Dual Action, but that one is apparently completely unsupported by the game. What can I do? What can I do?

Okay, I had an idea for a modern military RPG similar to Call of Duty: Modern Warfare. The way I want it, it would use a modified version of the HERO System(Something I am still new to, I only have the 5th Edition Sidekick Book), but I was thinking of having factions like the White Wolf games such as Vampire: The Masquerade. Each faction could have a strength and a weakness. My hero is still getting beat up by the Qulaar, and I;m trying to figure out how to deal with it. Kaishaku is a Level 3 (untrained) Dual Blade user who's having trouble with Bugkeeprs in the Rescue the Vivilians quest (I think it has a different name, but that's what I recall). Is there a way for a hero with no ranged attacks to deal with these problems?

Hi there. I did a quick search, but didn't see any relevant results. I'm trying to export a 3d character model from the MMO into a 3d editing program, to make some nice high quality animations of our super team.
