Is anyone interested in a Teen Champions 6th edition game? Would be online using Discord and Roll20, Saturday 8p to 12 midnight Central time; once every two or three weeks. I would prefer new to Hero System players [they get priority]. This will be a role play heavy game, but light hearted in tone, think X-Men [copyright Disney] or DC SuperHero Girls [copyright DC] with teen angst turned down. I have not yet got all the planning done yet for the game, that the stage of asking if interest.

We are looking for 1-2 players for an X-Com game held bi-weekly, in person, in Federal Way WA. We are using 6th edition at 175 points. Our group is moderately experienced with Hero and we are story focused, though we have our share of tactical combats. This group rotates games every 3-4 sessions or at the end of an arc. We have two games we play, X-Com and Warhammer 3rd edition. We havent started WH yet, so this is a good time to get in on the ground floor.

Sooo FYI we have some openings if there is interest. Follow this link: https://discord.gg/3QJvYSTQTB 525 AH (After Holocaust) is a continent of six Kingdoms. I have created this world and site to gather a brave group of Adventurers to quest within for fantastic role-playing! I use Hero System 5e (Champions) to build everything and it is great at being able to build characters that only your imagination is the limit! We just had a player drop out and would love to add 2 or 3 more! https://www.worldanvil.com/w/525-ah-rhair3

Hello, all...as a long time Champions player, and fan of Hero in general (4th ed most recently), I am wondering if there are any games in the Charlotte, NC area, preferably south Charlotte, near Pineville (NC). I know we're not playing face-to-face now (covid and all), but I'm looking forward, hopefully. I'm good with most any Hero-based system: Champions, Dark Champions or Fantasy Hero (or something else?). Any other players in the area?

We are playing a low powered, low magic, dark ages/horror game every other Sunday, starting soon. Characters start with 100 points total (includes 50 in complications). We'd be starting at 8:30PM EST and running till we are tired, likely past midnight. We'd be using Roll20 for the mapping and such, and Discord for voice. Relative fluency in French is necessary, as the game WILL be in French. However, the GM can read English fairly well, which is good because my written french is too horrible even for a horror game.

Getting ready to dive into this (thanks game pass!) and was wondering if anyone else here plays. If so do you have any suggestions for a newbie? Is the a Hero group/clan to join?

Checking to see if there would be any interest in a Dark Champions style game, roughly 300 starting points, with a house rule of no VPP or multipowers, and limiting megascale. A once a week game for 3 hours, with 4-6 players. Think characters at the netflix superhero level, plus vampires and werewolf's similar to Underworld. Supers are out in the public, but its new. Supernaturals are still hiding. There would also be guns. Tech level would be close to 2020 real. I'm thinking 6th edition. I might be able to drag in 3 people.

Feeling the urge to run something Call of Cthulhuish...but using the Hero System 5e. Wondering if anyone would be interested? Planning on doing it online, once every couple of weeks or so. 175 point characters, 100 point characters 75 points in disadvantages. I have included a sample character below. And of course, I won't limit the adventures to just Cthulhian sanity eaters but other sorts of monsters as well. Leave a message below or email me at booggeyman@hotmail.com if interested. Looking toward post-panic. My FLGS closed its doors 3 weeks before C19 hit, so I have found myself without a gaming location. I do have a small group of friends that I game with on an irregular basis, though it looks like we will have the opportunity to game a lot more in the future. They were owners of the FLGS and as seems to be the case with game shop owners, their free time to game goes down drastically . Normally I have been running games with a horror content using Chaosiums Call of Cthulhu or Pelgranes GUMSHOE. A while back I got Sandy Petersen's Cthulhu Mythos for D&D 5th Edition and have put together a game for after the panic w…

So I've recently been exposed to Play By Post (PBP) gaming, hitherto being blithely unaware. (Thanks HeroFan.) I am discovering that it has a distinct strength with regard to role playing games, and a distinct weakness. It is not simply an inferior way to game, in at least one major way, I have to my delight discovered it is superior! PBP is quite a bit superior with regards to the investment in role play by the players. It is vastly inferior with regard to the tabletop wargame aspect. It lends itself very badly to turn by turn, initiative ranked, rolled dice combat resolution. Despite this, I believe Hero System may work just fine anyway for such gaming, on …

For decades, the Justice Squadron was renowned as the world's greatest team of superheroes ... until they were lost in battle defeating the mad wizard Luther Black at the Second Demonflame Incident in 2010. For the last decade, the Justice Squadron mansion in New York City has been nothing but a museum to past glories. But now new threats have arisen, and a new team of heroes assemble and take up the mantle to oppose them... After a nearly five year break, I am itching to run Champions RPG again. Looking to start a Monday night weekly game starting at 8 PM Eastern Standard Time, lasting two to three hours per session online via Maptool and Facebook Messenger. …

Sort of. We will build agents of 50 points of characteristics and skills, +50 points of spy gadgets and weapons, with 50 points of disads, in Hero 3, 4, 5, or 6. We use the Hero rules but play through this module: I will GM. It will be entirely by email (that's my shtick). I will mostly follow the module but room must be left for artistic license! Respond here if you might be interested. PM me instead if you're shy. Or just post ideas to jazz this experiment up!
