(By this, I don't necessarily mean something outright villainous. For instance, when an auto company designed a car for Booster Gold, they proceeded to make the same vehicle available for sale to the public. Booster got upset, since his enemies might attack a Boostermobile thinking they're going after the hero but are actually attacking an unwitting Joe Normal.) As in 'being tied up for no in universe sexual reason by the bad guy in order to stimulate a sexual reaction from whoever is reading it, usually teenage boys (but not always)'.
